How to discern stories Eraced

It is easier to understand if the reports were eraced *.? If the city where the attack took place a black population threshold - say, more than 25% - you can assume that the authors are black.? As their population creeps place in a given area, black representation take control of monopoly more flight for hand, moral harassment and beating.? Whites and other ethnic groups will be congested action.? In these cities, it would be almost impossible for a large group of whites to move through the ravages resulting in the city.? Man, this sounds like blaming the victim.? I think that we need a white walk or something.
